Hey there, Blonde Lovers,
Growing up in the ‘90s has definitely influenced my taste in music and fashion. Although, I consider myself a chameleon when it comes to my style, one style has stuck with me through the years. GRUNGE.
The style peaked around 1994 and consisted of chunky shoes, combat boots, oversized knit sweaters, ripped jeans, flannel shirts, schoolgirl skirts and of course band t-shirts. I’ve been known to own a few. The movie My So-Called Life was my go-to fashion inspiration. Remember Jordan Catalano, dreamy…
…anyways, back to my post.
I bought this cut loose knit sweater from Nasty Gal a couple of years ago and I’m still in love with it. I paired it with a pencil skirt from H&M. I like combining basic pieces of clothing with a bold statement piece.
I have a confession to make. I have been obsessed with Jeffrey Campbell shoes for a while. I found my first pair yet again on Nasty gal and it was love at first sight. These Black Lita Booties (or as my mom refers to them “The Kiss Shoes”) are one of my favorites. The covered platform and blocky heel makes them hella comfortable, I love the design and the quality of the shoes. Buying Jeffrey Campbell shoes its for sure money well spend.
Have a Blondiful Weekend!
